An optional briefing in early August. Zero waste volunteers will receive a sorting guide. VIP volunteers will receive a layout diagram and run-of-show.
Your volunteer navy t-shirt and comfortable closed-toe shoes. Sunscreen and a water bottle are a must — it's August in Oak Park.
Volunteer check-in is at the North Blvd entrance on Marion Street. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your shift starts.
Lunch is provided for setup crew and all-day volunteers. Cold beverages and snacks at 7:00 PM for all Shift 2 and Teardown volunteers.
Your area lead's contact info will be in your confirmation. Zero waste volunteers will be added to a WhatsApp group for real-time coordination.
